This drink
container was flown on the Apollo 9 mission. It is tea with lemon
and sugar from the Day 4 meal. A large B has been written on the
label. On the bottom of the container is Velcro.
This bellowed drink container would be expanded and water added to
reconstitute the tea when it was used.
This artifact was auctioned in the Fall 1997 Space & Aviation
Memorabilia Auction on October 25th, 1997 by Superior Galleries.
This was lot number 382 in that auction.

residue in the bottom. A flavorful, if old, lot that was given to
the consignor by Rusty Schweickart. Ex- the Lou Villegas collection."
